By registering, logging in, or using the AITRIXIO platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
AITRIXIO provides an AI-powered search tool for recruiters to upload candidate lists and verify professional profiles. The service enables ethical, compliant, and discreet hiring by matching candidate names with company affiliations using advanced search algorithms.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We offer paid subscription plans with access to search tools and upload limits:
Subscription benefits are non-transferable and limited to the registered user.
All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.
Each plan includes a monthly or total name upload allowance. AITRIXIO reserves the right to suspend or limit access for abuse, excessive usage, or violation of ethical use policies.
You agree to use AITRIXIO only for legal, ethical, and compliant recruitment purposes. You must have the right to process the personal data you upload. We do not store candidate data longer than necessary and do not share it with third parties.

AITRIXIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or fraud. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of search results. Use of the tool and results is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AITRIXIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England, as Paddle (our Merchant of Record) is headquartered there. However, consumers retain all rights under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
AITRIXIO uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record. All refund rights and obligations are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
If you are a Consumer (purchasing for personal use), you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This right expires once you begin using the digital service (e.g., uploading a file or starting a search).
AITRIXIO is a digital service that becomes available immediately. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access, and your right to cancel ends upon first use.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew. No refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Outside the 14-day window, refunds are granted at AITRIXIO’s sole discretion and may be refused if:
If you are registered for sales tax (e.g., VAT, GST) in your jurisdiction, you may be eligible for a sales tax refund if you provide a valid tax code within 60 days of purchase.
